A very nice and comfortable house (4 stars) for maximum 15 persons is based in a small island named “Ile d’Aix” in Charente-maritime, in front of La Rochelle and between Ré Island and Oléron Island.
Aix island size is 3 km long and 700 m width and offers landscape as various as differents (beaches, forest, old construction….).
The Aix island particularity is that no cars are allowed, therefore children feel free and parents appreciate.
This villa of 155 m² has been built in 2000 on a 1000 m² field, a terrace of 70 m² with landscape view.
Called “La Léinade”, it is located around 150 m from a cove beach. It offers all utilities and commodities to spend very nice holidays (perfect place to release yourself).
About 1 km from the property, the village with: doctor, supermarket, bakery, newsagent and post office.
Restaurants are located all around the island.
Access from Fouras town by ferry, you reach the island after 20 min crossing.

House features: 150 m², 1 floor, 1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom (bath and shower and toilet), 4 bedrooms with their own hand-wash and sharing a large shower and a toilet. + 2 mezzanines
The ground floor is also composed of US kitchen with US fridge and complete household appliance, a large dining room with a fire place and a sitting area for 12 people.
Inside equipments: 2 TVs, DVD player, fire place, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, freezer, ...
Outside equipments: shower, sitting area, barbecue with wood at your disposal, children games (portic).
Animal accepted: on request.
Restricted car access in the island.
